Puzzlecraft: How to Design Any Kind of Puzzle

A lecture by puzzle and game designer Mike Selinker on how to make any kind of puzzle. This talk will cover how to make the things every puzzle needs: a rationale for existence, an elegant process, an intended level of difficulty, a set of checkpoints, a unique solution, and a way for solvers to know they’re done. This is followed by a workshop where these tools will be put to real-world use.
