Three Case Studies Teaching Game Creation to Girls


Girls-only programs are here! The past few years have seen a significant increase in programs designed to empower women in technology. But what are the lessons we’ve learned as educators? This panel would feature three case studies where programs were created specifically for girls ages 10-15 to learn programming and game design. One in Saudi Arabia, an after school program for Kleiner-Perkins, and a nationwide program reaching hundreds of young women.
