Everyone Will Remember That: A Deep Dive Into Choice Design
Designing choices seems simple. But once players interact with them, they ask, “Why don’t my choices matter?” Or: “How is this choice different than the other one?” Choices should represent different actions and reflect different sides of one’s personality. Players should have a *clear* sense of what, exactly, they’re choosing. In this workshop, we’ll cover practices in designing satisfying choices that are memorable for players.
