It’s not a Trap: Using Tenets & Traps to improve games UX.

Games user research can be intimidating, trying to make sure your players have a good experience. This panel introduces a UR toolkit, known as Tenets & Traps (T&T), that any game development team can use to get started with user research. The T&T creators will discuss how they distilled years of psychological and UX research into an easy to use tool. A panel of Xbox researchers will also give examples of how T&T can be used to avoid common UI issues to improve experiences across gaming.
